About The Program

This program is designed to equip you with the tools necessary for your personal growth and long-term success. While support and guidance are available throughout the journey, the true power lies within you. Only you can make the conscious decisions and take the consistent actions needed to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. The journey—RENEW YOUR MIND, REBUILD YOUR LIFE, RESTORE YOUR RIGHTS—is a process of self-empowerment. It’s about embracing emotional healing, gaining strength through encouragement, utilizing available resources, and learning to sustain yourself mentally, emotionally, and practically.

To succeed, you must bring honesty, humility, willingness, open-mindedness, objectivity, gratitude, and responsibility to the table. These values form the foundation for lasting change. Remember, your mind is the most powerful tool you possess. You have the ability to direct your thoughts, shape your feelings, choose your actions, and ultimately define your future. No one else can do this work for you—YOU have the power to transform your life. YOU are the author of your own destiny.

About Our Founder

Pamela Winn, known as “The Face of Dignity For Incarcerated Women,” is a Georgia-based
activist and founder of RestoreHER US.America. She dedicated over a decade to women’s health as a registered nurse before serving a 78-month federal sentence for a white-collar crime while pregnant.

During her incarceration, she suffered the traumatic experience of being shackled, leading to a miscarriage and subsequent solitary confinement. Rather than being broken by these injustices, Pamela transformed her pain into a global movement for change.

A 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Winn’s leadership extends to international platforms. She has informed legislation in 26 states, given testimony to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and the United Nations, contributed language to the historic First Step Act, and impacts the advancement of humane treatment for justice-impacted women worldwide.

Winn is celebrated as a Forbes 50 Over 50 Impact honoree, recognized among the most influential women driving social change in the United States. Her powerful advocacy has been spotlighted in award-winning short films WINN Movie and THE BOX. Her work and lived experience have been featured across major media platforms including Rolling Stone, The Nation, Essence, Ms. Magazine, and Atlanta Magazine, earning her numerous accolades and amplifying her voice as a leading force in justice reform.

Winn’s unwavering dedication continues to drive systemic change, ensuring that the voices of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women are heard.
